The Squarehood adapter ring is designed specifically for the X100V but compatible with all x100 series cameras. It has a 49mm thread and is compatible with any 49mm filter.

When using this adapter with the Mk II & Mk III hood, the filter is hidden inside the hood and the sleeve that is supplied with the hood is not needed, instead the user will tighten the grub screws in the hood against the filter and the adapter ring.

The adapter ring creates enough space in between the lens and the glass of your filter to allow the lens to protrude freely without causing a focus error.
