Add accessory mounting and protection for your Panasonic Lumix DC-G9 mirrorless camera with this lightweight Camera Cage from SmallRig. The camera mounts securely onto this formfitting aluminum cage with an integrated 1/4"-20 screw. It incorporates an anti-twist design with a raised front, and it features padding on the base to protect the camera from scratching. It maintains access to the camera's controls and LCD, and it features a variety of mounting options.
The cage features an integrated Arca-type base so you can mount the cage onto a tripod head with a standard Arca-type mount without an additional plate, or you can add a different plate using the bottom 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 tripod threads. In addition to one integrated shoe mount and multiple 1/4"-20 and 3/8"-16 accessory threads, the cage features ARRI-style accessory threads for preventing accessories from twisting when mounted on the cage. The cage also features NATO rails on both left and right sides, and there are mounting threads on the front for a separately available lens adapter.
