Key Features
Professional videographers with a DSLR or mirrorless camera can achieve impressively smooth shots with the SCORP 3-Axis Gimbal Stabilizer from Feiyu. Intuitive controls and an ergonomically angled handgrip enable the operator to follow the action, whether shooting in a low-angle position or attached to a boom pole for extra height. Various shooting modes and precise settings can be accessed via the touchscreen on the handgrip.
A single wheel on the joystick controls parameters like shutter speed and ISO, the gimbal tilt angle, or the use of a third-party follow focus system (available separately). A high-powered CPU drives the anti-shake algorithm of this stabilizer, enabling the mounted camera to capture professional-grade footage. The 2500mAh battery runs this device for up to thirteen hours and can be rapidly recharged in under two.
The gimbal is equipped with an intricate anti-shake algorithm powered by a high-octane CPU. This combination enables lightning-fast reactions to the bumps encountered while shooting handheld, even when running.
Reposition the camera below the handgrip to improve stability. Instead of balancing the camera on top of the gimbal, using the action handle lets the weight hang below. This enables shooters to capture low-angle boom shots by fully extending their arm toward the floor.
A wheel on the joystick is designed to control the focus with third-party follow focus systems (available separately). USB Type-C ports are provided to transmit this data from the gimbal to your existing follow focus system. Parameters like ISO and shutter speed, or gimbal settings like follow speed and tilt angle, can be set with the wheel.
Located on the joystick, this square screen facilitates an on-the-go selection of the gimbal's various shooting modes and settings, including motor power and follow speed.
The 2500mAh battery can be ready to go in 1.6 hours using the rapid, 18W recharging capabilities. On a full charge, it can last up to thirteen hours, provided the rig is properly balanced.
Designed to handle a payload of up to 10.5 lb, this stabilizer gets its strength from the combination of aluminum alloy and a synthetic macromolecular resin.
This gimbal is designed to work with many leading DSLR and mirrorless cameras, including the Canon 5D Mark IV and the Sony a7S III. A full list of compatible cameras is provided by the manufacturer.
