However, when designing the variable retracting blades, we knew we had to match the strength of a regular filter attached to a lens. Coupled with the force of the retracting blades and independent threading, one final turn ensures that the REVORING is securely mounted onto your lens.

The REVORING and REVORING Variable ND+CPL will save you time when changing over filters for that perfect shot. for example, you might start off by shooting with a 24-70mm lens, and decide to switch to a 70-200mm, both of which may have a different thread size. The H&Y Filters 150 x 170mm Soft GND 1.2 Filter from H&Y Filters is a rectangular filter that helps to darken specific areas of an image, such as bright skies, while allowing for a normal, unaffected exposure in the other regions of the image. The filter is densest at the edge and tapers to clear by the middle, with a soft-edged line of transition between the dense and clear areas. A graduated neutral density filter with a soft-edged line of transition is particularly useful for images that do not have a strongly defined transition between the sky and the foreground. Neutral density filters do not affect the coloration of the image and this filter provides up to a 4-stop reduction in light from entering the lens.

GLASS & COATING 

Anti-Fingerprint & Waterproof Nano-Coating Technology has been applied to the REVORING Variable Neutral Density + CPL filter system to protect the glass from the unpredictable factors that all photographers and filmmakers face when shooting outdoors. The coating helps with beading and any excess droplets can be easily removed with a lens cloth without the fear of eliminating any of the coatings and without leaving stubborn smears on the glass.

The German Schott B270® glass also includes Anti-Reflective coatings, which virtually eliminate all flare and reflections from the front and rear surfaces. This helps visible light to pass through the glass by removing unwanted reflections, giving the user the best possible light transmission (up to 97%), optimizing images for the sharpest possible outcome. Whether shooting at 16mm or 400mm, the glass and coatings used in the REVORING Variable Neutral Density + CPL filter system produce sharp images, even at light reductions of up 10 stops.

This Magnetic Filter Kit For Sony ZV-1 from H&Y Filter is a convenient kit that expands the capabilities of the Sony ZV-1 digital camera. It is made up of three classic filter styles: UV, Circular Polarizer, and Neutral Density. In addition, it has a magnetic adapter ring, lens cap, and filter wallet. Each filter is made of optical glass that has Nano-coating finish, combining the glare-resistant capability of multi-coating with protective resistance coating to protect against dust, grime, oil, and water.

CPL Filter

A Circular Polarizing (CPL) Filter reduces reflection and glare from shiny surfaces, and reduces reflections on water and glass surfaces. I can increase the saturation of blue skies for a more dramatic look. When shooting landscapes, it can reduce haze and increase saturation in foliage.

ND64 Neutral Density Filter

This ND64 filter proves a filter factor of 1.8 for an exposure reduction of 6 f-stops. This is useful in both still and video applications when trying to adjust shutter speeds in enviromnets with bright light. This filter allows reduced shutter speeds for increased motion blur in still photos. It can reduce depth of field to help isolate an image's subject from the background, and increase bokeh.

UV Filter

This UV Filter reduces the amount of ultraviolet light entering the camera lens, reduces haze and its related cool tone. This filter has no effect on the exposure, and acts as a protective barrier for the front optic of the integrated camera lens.

Magnetic Adapter Ring

This adapter ring allows the kit's included 49mm filters to be magnetically attached to and removed from the camera in seconds, without having to align fussy threads.

Magnetic Lens Cap

This magnetic lens cap quickly attaches to the front of whichever filter is is mounted on the adapter ring to provide protection from dust, fingerprints and more, so that the filter does not need to be removed during breaks from shooting.
